Will there be a bus for hotel guests?
A bus will be departing our two central hotels, The Hyatt and Fairfield Inn, to bring guests to our venue. The bus leaves the Hyatt PROMPTLY at 5PM. The bus leaves Fairfield Inn PROMPTLY at 5:15PM. At the end of the evening, the first bus departs early at 10:30PM. The final bus departs at the end of the reception at 11:45PM.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the evening is colorful cocktail. We encourage all to dress colorfully and creatively to celebrate our artful union! Cocktail attire includes midi dresses, maxi dresses, dressy separates, and suits & ties. The ceremony will be held on a lawn, should you like to prepare for footwear that doesn’t sink into the ground!
What color is the bridal party wearing?
Holly and Pablo's attendants are all wearing black with a pop of color.
Can I bring a date?

Are kids welcome?
Our wedding is 21+. While we would love to have all of our younger loved ones present, in order to keep our guest count at venue capacity, we must politely request no children. Children and families are welcome to join us on Sunday the 25th, at our post-wedding "Boda BBQ" for a casual gathering of all ages at the Sosa house! (details via RSVP form).
Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes, both ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony starts promptly at 6pm. We recommend guest arrive between 5:30 and 5:45pm in order to allow enough time to be seated and settle in!
Are there local hotel accommodations?
Yes! Please visit the "accommodations" tab to reserve a room through two adjacent hotel room blocks. Please note: a local arena is hosting their largest sports tournament this weekend, and it's also a holiday weekend. For this reason, space is extremely limited, and we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is a large lot at the Botanic Garden for all guests.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hours are outdoors. Our reception is indoors. A rain plan would move the ceremony and cocktail hour indoors. Our wedding coordinators will be ready to greet and direct you.
May we take photos at the ceremony?
Photos are welcome and encouraged! Please be spatially mindful of our photographers view and surrounding guests as you take photos.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely. Please list any allergies when you RSVP and select your meal.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes indeed!
How should we address the future couple?
We will be Mrs. Holly Nichols Sosa and Mr. Adrian Pablo Sosa.
Pablo's family and friends have always addressed him by his middle name. Holly will be adding "Sosa" to the end of her existing name, non-hyphenated.
What time does the reception end? Will there be an after party?
The reception will end around 11:30PM on Friday the 23rd. For guests interested in continuing the celebration, we will be taking the after party to the bar area of the Hyatt Place in Marlborough! On Sunday the 25th, we also welcome all, plus children of all ages, to our casual "Post-Wedding Boda BBQ", hosted at the Sosa House.
